Gary White School of Motoring offers a wide range of driving tuition from beginner's courses to Pass Plus in St Andrews and the surrounding areas. I am a fully qualified Approved Driving Instructor who is patient and friendly. During my time as a driving instructor I have gained a wide experience of dealing with various types and ages of pupils. I am always courteous, polite, tidy and punctual. I behave in a professional and ethical manner at all times and I have NEVER lost my temper or shouted at a pupil. My car is well maintained, clean and tidy and is fitted with dual-controls as part of the standard equipment. I will not use your lesson time for any other form of business, personal or othewise, and there will only ever be one pupil in the car at a time. My driving lessons will be specially tailored to your abilities and I will ensure that each lesson is appropriate to your needs, leaving you fully prepared for the demands of modern motoring. I will help you to identify the areas in which you are confident, and will provide support in the areas you find more challenging.

The car you will learn to drive in is a Nissan Note 1.4 Acenta. The car has been fitted with dual controls and has air conditioning, power steering, alloy wheels and ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System).

Instruction will be on a one to one basis and your tuition will be tailored to suit your needs because everyone is different. I use visual aids during lessons to help you understand what I am teaching you and also give you handouts at the end of a lesson to help you remember what has been taught.

I can give you mock theory test question papers and as your driving test approaches I will conduct mock driving tests so you can see what areas of your driving require improvement. I also do refresher lessons for people with a full licence who may need help with parking, or who have become a little frightened of the roads and traffic they may face today.

My aim is not only to teach you to pass your test but to make you a safer driver for life.
